At Bprimal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to ensure the product packaging remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
